Subscription FAQs

How do I get started?

Choose the subscription that suits you, complete checkout, then use your account to view the kit library, mark favourites and tell us what you want to skip. Brick Club allocates fairly from the active rotation.

Can I pick the kit?

Brick Club handles kit rotation for you. Each dispatch is a mystery LEGO Technic kit from the active library, so members build the same collection in different orders over time. You can mark favourites and tell us about kits you have already built or want to skip, but checkout is not for choosing one exact set.

How long can I keep a kit?

As long as you like. Build it, display it and take your time. When you are ready for something new, return the kit and the next one can be prepared once it has been checked back in.

How do I return my kit?

Use the Request Return area in My Account to generate your prepaid Yodel drop-off label. Pack the kit up, drop it at a Yodel point and we will confirm when it is back.

What does delivery and return cost?

Delivery is fully included in your subscription. There are no additional shipping charges for sending kits out or for your prepaid return label.

What if a piece is missing?

Report it through My Account or email [email protected] with your account details, the set name and number, and the missing piece number from the instruction manual.

Can I change, pause or cancel?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel through My Account. Kits need to be returned before a pause or cancellation is completed.
