01 How do I get started? Getting started

Pick the subscription that suits you and complete your order. From your account you can browse available LEGO Technic kits, mark favourites, flag kits you have already built or want to skip, and Brick Club will allocate from the active rotation.

02 How long can I keep a kit? Subscriptions

As long as you like. Build it, display it and take your time. When you are ready for something new, return the kit and the next one can be prepared once it has been checked back in.

03 How do I return my kit? Returns

Head to My Account and use the Request Return tab. That generates a prepaid Yodel drop-off label. Pack the kit up, drop it at any Yodel drop-off point and we will let you know once it is back with us.

04 Help, I have a piece missing. What do I do? Support

Missing pieces can happen with shared kits. Report it through the Request Missing Pieces tab in My Account, or email [email protected] with your account details, the LEGO set name and number, and the piece number from the back of the instruction manual.

05 How clean are the kits? Kits

Every kit is cleaned, checked and sprayed with disinfectant before it goes out. Brick Club is a community service, so we ask everyone to look after kits as they would want to receive them.

06 I have lost a piece. Will I be charged? Kits

Minor losses, usually a piece or two under 10 grams, are often replaced at no cost. Larger or rarer losses are charged at cost price plus a small admin fee once the kit has been assessed.

07 What does delivery and return cost? Delivery

Delivery is fully included in your subscription. There are no additional shipping charges for sending kits out or for your prepaid return label.

08 Can I suggest a set? Kit library

Yes, and we actively encourage it. Use the Suggest a Kit tab in My Account, enter the LEGO set number and tell us why you would like it. We read every suggestion and factor popular requests into the library.

09 Is it real LEGO? Kit library

Yes. Every kit in the library is 100% genuine LEGO Technic. No substitutes.

10 What age is Brick Club for? Kit library

We specialise in larger LEGO Technic builds, so 10 and up is the right fit. The bigger sets are especially rewarding for older builders, and adults are very welcome too.

11 Can I change, pause or cancel? Account

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or pause your plan from My Account. Pauses are available for up to three months. To cancel, return your current kit first, then submit the cancellation request from My Account.

12 How does Christmas gifting work? Gifting

Kits are dispatched in plain parcel bags with no external branding. The box inside is Brick Club branded but carries no LEGO branding, so there are no spoilers. Gift subscription account details can be updated from My Account once the recipient takes over.
