DUE CARE AND ATTENTION:
You agree to post the kits back to us in good condition with all the pieces included. We expect you to take due care and attention to your subscribed kits. Please remember that after you have enjoyed building your kit, the next subscriber will be excitedly waiting to receive this during their next subscription cycle. Once you have photographed your completed kit and tagged us on Instagram. Please take care when packaging the kit to be returned to us via post.
You can retain the kits as long as you need to, your monthly subscription cycle will continue whether the kits have been returned or not within the month build slot. A maximum number of kits can be built throughout the course of your subscription depending on which subscription package you have chosen. You will only retain one kit at any one time.
TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION:
You can cancel at any time, but upon canceling, you must return the kit you have within 3-5 working days after your monthly subscription cycle ends otherwise we will continue to charge your subscription until the kit is returned. Once returned and checked the subscription will be canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel memberships and pass your account to debt management companies if the subscription is canceled and the kits are not returned within the stated time amount of acceptable time.
If more than 5% of the kit is missing when it’s returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement pieces. If only a handful is missing we will replace these for the next user at no cost to you. If we receive two kits back within a 6 months period with missing parts, an additional month’s subscription will be charged to your account.
If you have miss-placed the returns label, or it has been damaged. Please contact us and a new returns label will be issued. If you want to post the kit back to us using your own service, we will issue a credit on your account upto the value of £4.95 per consignment.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any products that we supply during the subscription.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Then double check the address to ensure the courier can deliver your subscription in a timely fashion. Charges will be applied to any loss/damage of the Lego Technic kit that is caused due to an address error created at the point of subscription. These costs will be the full and total price of the Technic kit issued and dispatched.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We reserve the right to make other terms changes when they are required. These changes will be located here.
